    周末综合症

             今天我很不乖,我又没有按时睡觉. 可是明天就是周一了,我还要很有精神的,美美的,准时的去公司报到. 可能想到下周又是一个让人无法喘息的一周,或是朋友的几句话又触动了我敏感的神经,总之小情绪又爆发了. 但是我又不可以撒手什么都不干了, 还是要把工作任务认真地去完成, 明天依旧不能迟到!
             最近常想起一首歌- 孙燕姿的天黑黑, "我现在好想回家去"....

        爆发一下小情绪只要能使自己的心情好一点，能缓解一下自己的压力就是牺牲睡眠也值。换个方式想一下，即使你没有回家，你的父母也是在家不断的在心中默默鼓励你的。你和父母之间只有空间的距离，没有心灵的距离。如果真的太想父母也可以选择在网上和父母视频聊天的缓解一下的。工作压力太大不妨抽空全身心去做一些自己平时特别喜欢做的事，使自己身心放松一下，把烦恼暂时抛在一边。
